Prospective Parents

We know how important it is to find the right school for your child, and we encourage parents to visit the school prior to completing the Primary Admissions application form. Please ring the school office to arrange a visit. Visits are for both Reception and Nursery Sept 2026 intake and will be available every Tuesday from the 4th November until the 27th January at 9.30am. 

The school is committed to ensuring that children settle into their classes happily. During the summer term prior to starting school, parents receive information about their child’s induction process. Other introductory meetings are also arranged to support the children in settling in successfully when they begin.

In-Year applicants will have an introductory meeting with a member of staff prior to entry. Both parent and child need to attend these meetings.

Reception 2027 - 2028

For children born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023:

Applications for Reception 2027/28 open – Monday 2nd November 2026

Application closing date – Friday15th January 2027

Allocation Day – Friday 16th April 2027

Parents/Carers to accept offer by – Friday 23rd April 2027

Nursery 2027 - 2028 

For children born between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024:

Applications for Nursery 2026/27 open – Friday 20th November 2026

Application closing date – Friday 26th February 2027

Allocation Day – Friday 23rd April 2027

Parents/Carers to accept offer by – Friday 30th April 2027
